infuriating conversation i just had with my sister.

e : eh that's my shirt. (pointing to shirt x is wearing)
x : it is? it's kind of old, i was thinking of giving it to mary.
e : omg are you serious. you gave all my clothes to her already.
x : no i didn't.
e : my t-shirts and stuff, she wears them everyday. i can't ask her to give them back, so paiseh.
x : i only gave her the old stuff we were planning to give away.
e : NO you gave her shirts that i left behind like a year ago because you wanted them. and i was planning to wear them when i came back but since you gave them away i don't have any shirts to wear.

(at this point dad chips in asking if i got the shirts from the states or from kl)

e : from the states.
d : then why did jie give them away?
x : i only gave away the ones that were here lah.
e : ya, which were mostly bought from the states.
x : no they weren't.
e : you gave her all my junk food shirts.
x : there were junk food shirts? which ones?
e : lady and the tramp shirt, all my slogan shirts, the shirts with the building prints, those are all from junk food ok.
x : ooohhh i remember those. they've been sitting here for like how many years already.
e : omg, you said you were gonna use them. want to give clothes away, start with yours first la. and if you want to give mine away, at least ask first.
x : you left them here so i figured you didn't want them.



so. in a nutshell. my sister is kind of a psycho. and this is generally how our arguments go most of the time. accusation --> curt denial --> reminder --> curt denial --> pressing reminder --> vague remembrance --> reiterated accusation --> curt denial/outright lie.

seriously. my sister's wardrobe and hoarding habits far exceed mine (case in point: shoes from 10 years ago that are peeling, still sitting in the store room because she "still plans to use them".) FFS MAN I DON'T HOARD PEELING SHOES

goddamn. i don't normally rant about my family on my blog, but this really really pissed me off... is everyone else's sister like this!?!?
